SYNOPSIS

A trough with frontal disturbance is approaching the Adriatic from the northwest and a new low is expected to generate over the Gulf of Genoa later on.

SE winds 14-28, in the Central and in a part of the North Adriatic up to 34 knots. Sea 3-4, locally 4-5, mainly in the Central and in a part of the North Adriatic. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy, in the North Adriatic with scattered rain and with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, particularly during the night.
